Preparation
Shake well before use. Combine Stock Concentrate with hot (190°F) or boiling water to make an authentic tasting stock or broth for soups, sauces, and gravy preparation. Combine 2 pounds concentrate with 6 gallans of water. For a smaller quantity, combine 1-1/2 tsp concentrate with 8 oz hot water, or 1/4 cup concentrate with 2 quarts of hot water.

Package Info
Upon receipt this product should be stored in a tight closed container between 40 F – 80 F for up to 12 months. Refrigeration is recommended to assure maximum quality.
