Custom Culinary Inc. is offering FREE shipping on all orders $50 or more (before tax if applicable). FREE shipping orders will be sent via FedEx® Ground service and should arrive in 5-7 days after the order is placed. Offer not valid on expedited or next day deliveries. All orders ship in 2 to 3 business days.

Flat Rate Shipping
Custom Culinary Inc. is offering Flat Rate shipping of $5 for all orders that are less than $50 (before tax if applicable). Flat Rate shipped orders will be sent via FedEx® Ground service and should arrive between 5-7 days or earlier after the order is placed. Offer not valid on expedited or next day deliveries. All orders ship in 2 to 3 business days.
Expedited Shipping
Custom Culinary Inc. offers expedited freight options for those customers who would like their orders to arrive faster that our “Flat Rate” or “Free” shipping options. The expedited shipping options via FedEx® are:
- Priority Overnight
- Next Day
- 2 Day
All Expedited shipping request need to be received prior to 9:00 a.m. CST to be shipped out the next day. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. CST, and Next Day shipping is requested, the order will ship out on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday.
Custom Culinary Inc. ships within the continental U.S. (except California), Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping fees will apply for all orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.
SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA
As of August 31, 2018, we can no longer ship our Custom Culinary® products to California. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please reach out to your local foodservice distributor to purchase Custom Culinary® products in California.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will automatically be charged on all merchandise sold to individuals in Illinois and Ohio. Those business that provide a valid Tax ID during checkout will not be charged tax in these locations. The Tax ID number is used to identify entities for tax-related purposes such as filing tax returns, or other actions such as opening a bank account. For businesses, the TIN is the same as its Employer Identification Number (EIN).
