Preparation
For best results use Masters Touch Herb Roasted Beef Concentrate at room temperature. For use as Au Jus: Mix 12 oz (340 g) Beef Concentrate with 3 quarts water as follows: Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil; reduce heat, or use hot water (190F). Immediately add 1 jar of Beef Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until completely dissolved. For use as a Rub: Mix 12 oz (340 g) Beef Concentrate with 1 quart of water as above. Or use 2 cups of water and 2 cups of soy sauce.
