1 ea. Torta Bottom, Toasted
3 Tbsp. Refried Bean Spread
1/2 cup Marinated Steak, Grilled
2 Tbsp. Cotija Cheese, Grated
2 Tbsp. Poblano Peppers, Roasted, Diced
1 ea. Torta Top, Toasted
1/2 cup Bacon and Blue Cheese Chips
  Tequila Jalapeno Gravy
1 quart Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Brown Gravy Mix
1/4 cup Custom Culinary Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
2 Tbsp. Tequila
PREPARATION

  1. To prepare, Tequila Jalapeno Gravy, whisk all ingredients together until fully combined.
  2. To prepare Carne Asada Torta, build the sandwich in the order of the ingredients given, ending with the top torta bun and serving the Bacon and Blue Cheese Chips on the side.
