Yield: 12 servings

Amount Ingredients
2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Low Sodium Country Gravy, Prepared, Hot
3/4 cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled
1/4 cup Malt Vinegar
6 lbs Fresh Fried Thin Cut Potato Chips or Waffle Fries
12 Tbsp. Bacon, Crisp, Chopped
12 Tbsp. Tomatoes, Small Diced
12 Tbsp. Green Onions, Thin Cut
PREPARATION

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared gravy and malt vinegar. Whisk to blend thoroughly. Remove from heat hold warm.
  2. Place 8 oz. prepared hot fried chips in a basket or bowl.
  3. Top with 2 oz. blue cheese and vinegar infused gravy.
  4. Garnish with 1 Tbsp each of bacon, tomatoes and green onions.
