Turkey Breast Panini sandwich

Yield: 1 sandwich

Amount Ingredients
4 oz. Roasted Turkey Breast, Hand Carved Style Thick Sliced
1-1/2 oz. Aged Swiss Cheese, Sliced
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade
1/2 oz. Arugula
1/2 oz. Pears, Ripe, Cored, Thin Sliced
2 ea Cracked Wheat Bread, Thick Sliced
PREPARATION

  1. Spread 1 Tbsp. of the Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade on each slice of bread.
  2. Take one of the bread slices and top with one slice of the Swiss cheese, add the sliced turkey, arugula, pears then the second slice of Swiss cheese.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread with the Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade spread on the inside.
  4. Cook in a panini press 2-3 minutes until the bread is fully toasted and the cheese is melted.
  5. Cooking Option: lightly butter the outside of the bread and cook on a 350°F preheated flat top griddle and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
