Master’s Touch® Demi-Glace Sauce Concentrate is a versatile and can be used to create endless signature sauces.

Preparation

For best results use Masters Touch Demi-Glace Sauce Concentrate at room temperature. Mix 13.6 oz (386 g) Sauce Concentrate with 2 quarts water as follows: Bring 2 quarts of water to a rapid boil; reduce heat. Immediately add 1 jar of Sauce Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened, remove from heat.

Food Starch - Modified, Maltodextrin, Cooked Beef Fat, Palm Oil, Concentrated Beef Broth, Butter Oil, Salt, Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Dried Beef Extract, Whey, Tomato Powder, Contains 2% or Less of Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extractives, Caramel Color, Xanthan Gum, Mono and Diglycerides (as Emulsifiers).
