Preparation

Pour one gallon of cool or warm water (70-100°F / 21-38°C) into a saucepan. Gradually add one bag (20 oz) of mix into the water, whisking vigorously until thick and smooth. Heat water to 160°F-180°F (do not boil). For a thinner consistency, increase water by 1-1/2 cups. For a thicker consistency, decrease water by 1-1/2 cups.

Package Info

Store in tight containers in cool 40 F to 80 F dry areas. 12 months for maximum flavor.
