Yield: 1 serving

1/4 cup Bok choy julienne stem and leaves
3 Tbsp Thai red or serrano chilies, thin sliced
1/4 cup Mushrooms, thin sliced
3 oz Shrimp, peeled & deveined, cooked
10 oz Custom Culinary® Thai-style vegetable broth, hot
4 oz Rice noodles, prepared, hot or ramen, udon or jasmine rice
1 Tbsp Fresh basil leaves
2 ea Fresh lime wedge
PREPARATION

  1. Arrange noodles, bok, choy, shrimp, and mushrooms in a bowl
  2. Top with hot Thai-Style Vegetable broth.
  3. Garnish with sliced chilies, basil leaves, and lime wedge.
