Amount Ingredients
8 oz True Foundations® Latin-style Vegetable Broth
4 oz Shrimp, peeled and de-veined, 41/50, chopped
2 oz Scallions, chopped
2 oz Carrots, small dice
1 Tbsp Cilantro, leaves, whole
PREPARATION

  1. Place cooked shrimp in bowl.
  2. Add the hot broth.
  3. Top with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately.
