Amount Ingredients
2 quarts Water
2 quarts Black Coffee, Strong Flavored, Prepared
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Ham Base
12 oz. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy
28 oz. Waffle Batter, Prepared
6 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade
48 oz. Slow Smoked Pulled Pork, Prepared, Hot
3 Tbsp. Thyme, Green Onions, or Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. In a 6 quart sauce pan over medium high heat, blend water, coffee and ham base.
  2. Add PanRoast® Brown Gravy Mix, blend thoroughly with a wire whisk.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, blend prepared Waffle Batter with 6-8 oz. of Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade. Prepare waffles with 3 oz. bacon onion seasoned batter in your waffle iron.
  4. Place waffle to a plate and add 4 oz. hot pulled smoked pork.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme, green onions, or parsley.
