Latin Pulled Pork Cuban Sliders

Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce, Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy, and Custom Culinary® Masters Touch® Ancho Flavor Concentrate, Latin Pulled Pork Cuban Sliders is made up of pulled pork, smoky ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickles, chipotle lime seedy mustard on slider buns.

Amount Ingredients
2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
24 ea. Slider Buns
36 oz. Pulled Pork, Cooked, Hot
12 ea. Smokey Ham, Shaved
12 oz. Swiss Cheese, Sliced
12 oz. Dill Pickles, Sliced
  Chipotle Lime Seedy Mustard
3-3/4 cups Rustic Brown Seedy Mustard
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Masters Touch® Ancho Flavor Concentrate
4 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
PREPARATION

  1. To prepare the Ancho Lime Seedy Mustard, blend all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Pork Gravy with Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  3. On the inside top of 2 slider rolls, spread 1 Tbsp. of Ancho Lime Seedy Mustard.
  4. On the 2 Bottom slider rolls, place 1.5 oz. hot pulled pork meat and 0.5 oz. ham on each.
  5. Top with Swiss cheese and 2-3 sliced pickles on each top roll.
  6. Serve with a 2 oz. side of hot Latin-Style Citrus infused Pork Gravy for dipping.
