Amount Ingredients
2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce
12 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 lbs French Fries or Tater Tots, Prepared, Hot
PREPARATION

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Brown Gravy and Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce. Whisk to blend thoroughly. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. Place 8 oz. prepared hot French fries or tater tots in a basket or bowl.
  3. Top with 2 oz. Bourbon infused Brown Gravy
  4. Top with 1 oz. of shredded cheese and serve hot.
