Fried Rice
Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil
Add scallion whites and light green parts (reserve dark green)
Add chopped prepared kimchi
Add kimchi liquid
Stir in riced cauliflower
Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes
Add edamame, soy sauce, and sesame oil
Continue to cook until cauliflower is tender
Remove from heat. Stir in remaining dark green scallions and fresh cilantro
Top with a sunny side up egg and drizzle with Sweet Heat Sauce
Serve immediately
