1/4 cup Prepared Blue Cheese Dressing
3 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
8 each Wings, Fried Until Fully Cooked
PREPARATION

  1. To make Creamy Latin-Style Citrus Chili Dipping Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, blend creamy salad dressing and 1 oz. Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until needed.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, toss hot, fully cooked wings with 2 oz. Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  3. Serve with Creamy Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
