cooked crispy tater tots (about 1½ cups)

Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
¼ cup
shredded cheddar cheese or queso blend
2 Tbsp
pico de gallo (diced tomato + onion + cilantro
1 Tbsp
Mexican crema or sour cream (thinned slightly)
Optional Toppings:
1 Tbsp
sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1 Tbsp
diced avocado or guacamole
1 tsp
chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp
crumbled cotija cheese
PREPARATION
Instructions:
Cook the tater tots according to fryer or oven specs until golden brown and crispy.
Arrange tots in a serving tray or basket. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and melt under a salamander or in a hot oven just until cheese is gooey.
Drizzle with the Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce—warm the sauce slightly for easy pouring.
Top with pico de gallo and a drizzle of crema.
Garnish with any or all of the optional toppings: jalapeños, avocado, cotija, cilantro.
