The authentic flavor and aroma of smoked ham shines through with this meat first, no MSG added base. Ideal for delivering authentic ham flavor to operator's signature recipes.

Preparation

To prepare soup or broth, dissolve 1 lb. of Base in 5 gallons of boiling water. For a smaller quantity, dissolve 3/4 teaspoon of Base in 8 fluid ounces of boiling water or 4 ounces of Base in 5 quarts of boiling water.

Smoked Ham [Cured With Water, Salt, Sodium Lactate, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphates, Sugar, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite], Salt, Dextrose, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Ham Flavor [(Contains Pork Fat, Hickory Smoke Flavor), Lactose, Yeast Extract, Salt, Dried Yeast, Modified Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Gelatin, Flavor], Whey, Xanthan Gum, Spice Extractive.
